But Rebel Ice Cream isn't like other "healthy" ice creams. The high fat content gives it the creamy texture of real ice cream. The perfect blend of natural sweeteners gives it the sweetness of real ice cream. In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar!* However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

Delish! I didn’t know what to expect, but the cake pieces that taste like cake with icing are an awesome treat. I don’t feel like I’m missing anything with this treat…thank goodness no sugar, so no responses afterwards. This ice cream makes me wish it was my Birthday every day. Thanks!!!

yes to the cake!!

i LOVED the pieces of cake in the ice cream, but I wasn't crazy about the flavor of the ice cream. It reminded me of bubble gum flavor that I used to eat as a child. It would have been better with an almond flavored ice cream.
