In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar!* However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

Refreshing!

It’s sooo good. I was expecting chocolate chips, but love the peppermint ones even more. The only improvement I can even imagine is making the chips crunchier, which I’m sure isn’t easy with keto ingredients. But if they never change a thing they’ll still have me as a customer for life!
