Shipping times depend on when you put the order in and how far you are from our warehouses. Orders are typically shipped via FedEx within 1-2 business days, but we cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays. See the map below. If you live in the orange area, it is a 3-day transit from the warehouse, and we recommend you putting your order in on a Sunday or Monday to assure it is shipped that week. If you put it in on a Wednesday afternoon, we would have to wait until the following Monday to ship for a Thursday delivery. We hope to expand so that we can cut down on transit times!
If the address is a business, please enter the company name to clearly mark it as a business address so we don't deliver on Saturday.
We will send you an email with your tracking number. Please assure the recipient will be home on the delivery date. No signature is required, so the package will be left at the door. FedEx Ground has until 8pm to deliver to your address.
Your ice cream is in safe hands! We pack it in a cooler within a shipping box with enough dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen well into the evening of the delivery date. The surface temperature of dry ice is -109°F and evaporates rather than melts. Your ice cream may be extremely hard due to these extreme temperatures, but will soften up after it reaches regular freezer temperatures. It is best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to put your ice cream in the freezer.
We are here to ensure your satisfaction, but please read our refund policy. To guarantee delivery we must have the complete and correct address. We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses due the highly perishable nature of ice cream.
Shipping ice cream is extremely expensive, due to the cost of warehouse labor, the cooler, dry ice, and expedited shipping. You can eliminate the shipping cost by convincing your local store to carry Rebel Ice Cream! That is best for both of us.
THE ICE CREAM
Rebel Ice Cream has no sugar in it, so you must let it sit out until it reaches the desired temperature. This is typically 30 minutes from dry ice or at least 15 minutes from the freezer.
