Rebel Ice Cream

Absolutely delicious! Full of flavor and creamy to perfection! More satisfying than any of the ice creams that contain either artificial ingredients, unhealthy blood sugar spiking ingredients, or (most often) both! Rebel ice cream does not increase my blood sugar at all - because I have tested my blood sugar before eating Rebel - and then again an hour and a half later. It's the only dessert I need or want now - because it is SO satisfying! I treat myself to a pint every single day - because I can eat it without guilt - and since it does not increase my blood sugar at all, it helps me to not crave unhealthy sugar-laden sweets, which helps me maintain my perfect weight!
