But Rebel Ice Cream isn't like other "healthy" ice creams. The high fat content gives it the creamy texture of real ice cream. The perfect blend of natural sweeteners gives it the sweetness of real ice cream. In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar! However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

The Best

I don't know what makes the vanilla ice cream in this flavor different than the plain vanilla, but this is definitely softer and tastier. This is my new favorite.

Rebel Ice Cream

The plain vanilla does taste much better with our most recent recipe. If it says "Lactose Free" on the packaging, it's our most recent. It should taste like the PB Caramel Chip, but without the peanut butter, caramel, and chips!

THE BEST FLAVOR

I just tried this new flavor and immediately came to this website to express my love. Actually, first I ran to the freezer to make sure I didn’t just blow it on a bowl of regular ice cream cause it was so frickin’ delicious I thought I’d been duped. I have zero reason to ever not eat Keto now that this flavor exists. My life is complete.
