REBEL ICE CREAM

But Rebel Ice Cream isn't like other low calorie ice creams. The high fat content gives it the creamy texture of real ice cream. The perfect blend of natural sweeteners gives it the sweetness of real ice cream. In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar!* However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

I really enjoyed this!! I don't usually buy the regular vanilla or regular chocolate ice creams, but I love rebels strawberry flavor and wanted to try this mix. Such a great flavor!

Neapolitan is supposed to be Strawberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla. I am a die hard Rebel fan. I am also a long time keto dieter. I understand the theory behind keeping the carbohydrates low. Rebel makes strawberry flavor. It comes in a pint container , as do all the other rebel creamery flavors, and it's entirely made of strawberry. So why can't the neapolitan have more strawberry in it?

Rebel Ice Cream

The filler is programmed to do equal 1/3 portions of each flavor, but of course there will be variability here and there. The strawberry is harder to see since we don't add additional coloring, but it should be very close to 33%.
