In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar!* However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

Rebel Pistachio is now an addiction

I love this ice cream so much. I do notice any slight aftertaste is gone when I warm it up slightly in the microwave so it’s soft.
