But Rebel Ice Cream isn't like other low calorie ice creams. The high fat content gives it the creamy texture of real ice cream. The perfect blend of natural sweeteners gives it the sweetness of real ice cream. In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar!* However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

Tastes just like regular mint ice cream

Exactly the same as regular ice cream. It would be amazing if they made just plain mint or made the chips milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate . My daughter and I always have a bunch of the chips left in our bowl when we’re done because the mint is the best part. Rebel is amazing though. Thank you for making ice cream people can eat if they can’t have sugar. Hope you make more amazing flavors and your product becomes mainstream.
