In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar!* However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

Delicious ice cream

Although I prefer many of their other flavors over butter pecan, I mostly buy this one because it has the lowest carb count. It is still delicious though. I took one star off because the nutrition facts are different from the one on their website for some reason.
