...it would be Rebel's Cherry Chip. It's not too sweet but has LOTS of cherry flavor. It's so good you could get away without the chocolate. For me the chocolate is just a distraction but I can work with it !!
I bought this flavor at my local walmart wanting to give a different flavor a try, I absolutely adore the salted caramel, peanut butter caramel, butter pecan and the peanut butter cup one so I thought this would be great too. Unfortunately this flavor has a more icy texture to it than a creamy one, almost like sorbet or ice cream thats been in the freezer too long. It also has a grainy like texture that's just awful on the taste buds. The cherry flavor isnt the greatest either. I really wanted to like this flavor but I cant like them all I suppose.
It sounds like this may have melted and re-froze, because it should definitely be creamy like the others!
It is one of my favorite flavors. I have to ask my grocery store to order it for me and I buy 8 at a time. I think that is a case and the store calls me when it comes in. I told the store manager that I will buy a small freezer just for Cherry Chip if I have to.

Got for my husband who is pre diabetic
I have been on a low carb diet for 3+ years and the rebel ice cream has been a part of it. You can have an occasional treat without worrying about blowing your diet. I really, really wish more stores carried it. Walmart used to carry it but quit and now a local grocery store only carries a couple of flavors. My favorite is Cherry Chip but there are many good flavors.
