HEALTHY ICE CREAM?

Eating healthy is far more than just counting calories. It's counting the makeup of those calories. 100 calories of sugar has a very different impact on your body than 100 calories of healthy fats.

We believe the healthiest diet is one high in healthy fats, moderate in protein, and very low in sugar. Rebel uses only premium, high quality ingredients that are keto-friendly. All ingredients are very low glycemic and will not kick you out of a fat-burning state. We sweeten our products with natural sweeteners that don't raise your blood sugar or upset your stomach.

But Rebel Ice Cream isn't like other "healthy" ice creams. The high fat content gives it the creamy texture of real ice cream. The perfect blend of natural sweeteners gives it the sweetness of real ice cream. In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar!* However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

Rebel Ice Cream is worth it!

Love all the flavors and the taste is as good as Rita’s without the guilt! Just wish the grocery stores carried the sorbet and more of the ice cream flavors.

Rebel has finally brought the sorbet texture to low carber's. These are so good but will give you a brain freeze so be careful! Mango is awesome!

no.1 Raspberry …it’s the one with the least weird after taste

no.2 Lemon …thought this was going to be my least fave (surprised)

no.3 Mango and Coconut …would be a tie (both of em’ have thee best initial “oh this is good” taste but for some reason, I couldn’t finish it in one sitting compare to the other two.

y’all need to make Strawberry or Blueberry flavor!!!
