All ingredients are very low glycemic and will not kick you out of a fat-burning state. We sweeten our products with natural sweeteners that don't raise your blood sugar or upset your stomach.

But Rebel Ice Cream isn't like other "healthy" ice creams. The high fat content gives it the creamy texture of real ice cream. The perfect blend of natural sweeteners gives it the sweetness of real ice cream. In other words, this is real ice cream without any of the sugar! However, since there is no sugar, it is best to let the ice cream soften for 10-15 minutes before you eat it.

My favorite flavor!

Chocolate chip is my favorite flavor. I just love it and don’t taste any difference between Rebel and regular. I’m living a Keto lifestyle and discovering your ice cream has been a game changer for me. I also like Birthday Cake, Cherry Chip. The Chocolate Peanut Butter tastes just like Tillamook with the big peanut butter ribbon running through it. Love being able to order by mail to have access to all the flavors my stores don’t carry.
